Shipping Costs

We ship within Germany using GLS and DHL. Shipments abroad are sent almost exclusively via GLS.

We charge a flat shipping fee per delivery. Multiple orders placed on the same day are generally combined automatically, so shipping costs are charged only once, even if the delivery consists of several parcels.

Our minimum order value for B2B orders is €14, excluding shipping costs.

Please note that you, as the end customer, are responsible for customs clearance and any associated charges!
We will be happy to refund the German VAT. To do so, please send us the customs documents stamped by Swiss customs.

These prices apply to end customers only; shipping costs for retailers may differ.

Your order will be handed over to our logistics partner GLS within 1–2 working days of receipt. GLS delivery usually takes a further 1–2 working days. Please always ensure that you provide the correct delivery address.

Notes on the delivery note:

1.) "will be delivered later": This means that the goods are currently unavailable but will be delivered as soon as they are back in stock. Payment will only be collected once the order has been delivered in full.
2.) "unavailable": This means that the item, as ordered, is no longer available. The item will be credited to your order and the amount deducted accordingly from your payment.
